Honest and Accurate Advice

Very Helpful & Re-Assuring

A very positive experience

Very responsive
Sharon provided full support when I was buying a house. She was always available to discuss any concerns and replied to all my requests and questions quickly and precisley. She did a lot of communications between the sides and helped with the lawyers and tradies as needed. Sharon made me feel comfortable and safe so to ask any silly question and referred me when I needed extra information. The sale went smoothly and I was able to move into my new home in good time.

Good job selling my home quite quickly.
Overall very good. Sharon’s team had a slightly slow start as the home was tenanted. They were very accommodating of our outgoing tenants needs and rights which I appreciated. Once the tenants moved the sale proceeded quickly. The price was reduced from offers over $450,000 to $430,000 and finally a sale price of $415,000 resulted from an initial offer at $410,000. The home contained many nice features including a large deck, two bathrooms, two laundries, 3 WC’s, 3-4 bedrooms and large modern double shed. Unfortunately it was located on a corner with an adjacent noisy roundabout and was potentially going to be a difficult sale. My only slightly negative comment would be that early communications re visitation numbers and inspection feedback comments were a little light on. That said Sharon’s team got the job done quickly with a good result through the pre settlement phase in particular reassuring the buyer when a vehicle crashed through the front fence of the property a week before the contract went unconditional.
