Overall very good. Sharon’s team had a slightly slow start as the home was tenanted. They were very accommodating of our outgoing tenants needs and rights which I appreciated. Once the tenants moved the sale proceeded quickly. The price was reduced from offers over $450,000 to $430,000 and finally a sale price of $415,000 resulted from an initial offer at $410,000. The home contained many nice features including a large deck, two bathrooms, two laundries, 3 WC’s, 3-4 bedrooms and large modern double shed. Unfortunately it was located on a corner with an adjacent noisy roundabout and was potentially going to be a difficult sale. My only slightly negative comment would be that early communications re visitation numbers and inspection feedback comments were a little light on. That said Sharon’s team got the job done quickly with a good result through the pre settlement phase in particular reassuring the buyer when a vehicle crashed through the front fence of the property a week before the contract went unconditional.

Removealist van at gate and there was no key provided to the main gate. No access to our new property. Removelist had to leave as it was late. Major hassel. I contacted the real estate with my problem and was given nothing but attitude and no help. Ill never use this real estate again for anything.

I live in Brisbane and the property is situated at Bundaberg a 4 hour drive away. The process of me buying this property was difficult as I was buying sight unseen.
