Before choosing Sharon I interviewed a few agents and all of them I think tried to lowball me. Our property we were selling needed a bit of work and I felt that was reflected in the price we wanted. Sharon was open and honest and used accurate market comparisons to price the property. I am in real estate game myself so know the tricks of the industry but I am not living in Bundaberg. If you want honest advice from an agent that will work for you don't hesitate to give her a call. Also she got us the price we expected which was well above what other agents were pushing for.

Selling my investment property through Just Us Realty was a great decision. From the moment I listed the property with them and transferred the ongoing rental property management to the team I knew I had made the right decision. I was given realistic market advice and maintained an income from the property during the process which was important to me. The sale and negotiation was efficient and I always knew my interested were a priority. The good: Sharon was able to secure two very reliable and responsible tenants for our house while we were overseas for 12 months. The bad: During rental period,we found communication with Sharon's team often frustrating with emails being left unanswered or queries responded to with considerable delay. Even during negotiations regarding the sale of our house, communication was not as prompt and open as we would have wished. The ugly: no,nothing in that category!

Sharon was very friendly and helpful, for us being first home owners/buyers this was a daunting process. She had no hesitation in answering any questions we had no matter how silly they were. She worked well with the owner to extend our contract as we were severely held up with finance due to the high influx with the grants which she seemed to do with ease. Sharon was highly professional every day of the three-week sales experience and yet compassionate and understanding, explaining things in minute details which helped me so much. She listened carefully to every question I posed and when she replied she acted on all my requests diligently and immediately with due care and impeccable attention. Sharon was, I found, in this long and tedious process of buying the house so helpful. She made me feel special and cared for in the often confusing process of buying a house. Her integrity, honesty, professionalism and highly motivated and energetic approach was so amazing after my experiences of some lukewarm real estate sales people.
