Trustworthy and ethical (yet still a great sale price!)

James was transparent from the outset. He gave us candid advice on how we could improve our property before putting it on the market (and we took it all!). We received detailed info after each open and we were very happy with the (sold before auction) sale price. He’s both an exceptional and ethical negotiator. He explained everything very clearly and was a stellar act from start to finish. Very happy to recommend James to any seller.

We could not speak more highly of Jamie Driver and the team at Kay and Burton Brighton.

Some years ago we had the sad task of selling my Mother's home of 55 years when she went into residential care. We appointed Kay and Burton Brighton, who were, in every sense of the word, excellent agents. We therefore had no hesitation in appointing Kay and Burton when it came to selling our own home recently. Jamie Driver was always highly professional, and reliable. Professional & Transparent Service - A Refreshing Change

After several interactions with other real estate agents who we found to be withholding, non-communicative and complacent in their dealings with us as buyers, Jamie was a breath of fresh air.
