Great agent!
As first time investors, we had confidence in Kirsten from the very first meeting we had. She understood the type of property we were after and explained and kept us up-do-date with every step of purchasing a property from putting in the first offer right through to settlement. Kirsten was only ever a phone call away and if she wasn't in the office, she would always reply to messages promptly. We found her to be very professional and knowledgeable but it was the way she was able to communicate information to us in terms that we were able to understand, that really gave us confidence and trust in Kirsten. Kirsten made the process of buying a property much easier and we will definitely be recommending her to family and friends. And hopefully if one day we are in the position to acquire another property, Kirsten will be the agent we will call.
