After going through the summer fires and covid-19 we felt our property would never sell, but Richard proved us all wrong. He would always turn up for an inspection immaculately dressed and his ability to match the correct buyer with the correct seller, saved us a lot of unnecessary inspections and angst. Richard knows his market very well and has the negotiating skills to seal the deal you are after. It is very refreshing to have an Agent who is actually working for you and not the buyer. The Sale Price is critical in selling a home and the advice Richard gave re pricing was spot on. And the marketing material and the exposure the listing was given via the Internet was exceptional. A Professional Photographer was recommended and employed at an additional cost. Very cost effective and worth every cent. A must as poor photos mean negative results. Richard acted immediately on all communications and changed marketing strategies as and when appropriate. But his advice was also acted on when a price reduction was both warranted and critical in the sale process. And unlike some vendors we were prepared to accept his reading of market conditions, which resulted in a successful sale.
