Not a typical agent
Richard isn't a typical pushy sales agent. Very relaxed and easy to deal with. We had a very difficult purchase from the sellers end and the whole time Richard kept us informed and smiling when most wouldn't. As first time buyers he was very patient and no question felt silly.

Very possitive agent with a great persona
Richard is very positive in his approach to selling your property.We felt very comfortable with Richards knowledge and ability to see the quality in our property and that it was not just the normal run of the mill house. We have every condifindence that Richard would be able to give you every chance in selling your property. Right from the start Richard was the person we wanted to sell our property.

Richard was the greatest!!!!
We were not sure we would sell our home before our forever property was sold, and the most impressive of all Richard's expertise was he said if there were other people interested he would contact us immediately to give us the opportunity to remain in the game. We got it thanks again to Richard.

Terrific work!
