I have found Brooke, the property manager at Kingfisher Realty easy to deal with and she has delivered on finding a tenant for our unit at Miami in a reasonably short time with a good rental rate. She has also arranged payments of the utility and maintenance bills of the unit from the rent which is a service I was not getting previously. This frees up more time for me to do other things.
