We purchased an old house in Burleigh Heads. Kingfisher were able to lease it to great tenants as soon as it was ready. Being an old house, there have been lots of things to fix (an unbelievable number of things). The team at Kingfisher have all the bases covered - urgent repairs done urgently, big repairs done very efficiently and without fuss and full consultation with us when required. Stacey and the team call us back and reply to emails and have a very good relationship with the tenants. I am thinking of buying another investment property just so Stacey and the team at Kingfisher can look after it. You won't find better anywhere.
