We engaged Conal to sell My mothers house. I knew Conal personally and had trust in him to provide us with the best possible outcome for our mother. He provided us with appropriate advice throughout the process, and we were able to achieve his predicted sale price within 2 days of the house being uploaded on the internet. His knowledge of the market and the work he did prior to the property being listed were a huge part of this outcome. This work saved us about $3,000 in marketing costs for which I am very grateful.
