Friendly service and great communication
Buying a property quickly from interstate after a one-day visit by plane was never going to be easy, but Conal and his colleagues at Kingfisher Realty made the experience very enjoyable and stress-free. I've appreciated the level of communication that has followed that day, and we look forward to the day we call in to pick up the keys to our new home. We would recommend Conal for those like us wanting to make the leap to the Gold Coast. Highly recommended.

Friendly and Professional without the hard sell
We have bought and sold through the team at Kingfisher Realty, and the entire process was, actually quite easy! Conal was involved in showing us prospective homes, and the one we ended up purchasing, he allowed us to take our time considering the home, and left us to discuss, without any time or sales pressure. He was, however, very informative where needed (knowledge of the local market was spot on), and we felt comfortable in our decision making process. We would absolutely use Conal and his team again as they were great on both sides of the process.

First-class professionalism
After the loss of my dad, my mum made the tough decision to sell the family home of 22-years. She initially signed up with an agent from a well known agency. After the first two open homes, which we were told had good attendance, the agent advised to drop the price by roughly $80,000 - all within the first week of the property being advertised... Simply put, that agent wasn’t working for us. Following this, we contacted Conal, who was preceded by his reputation of great success within our area. He was extremely professional and assured us that we were seeking a more than reasonable price. After a struggle, we broke the contract with the original agent and signed up with Conal - and what a relief that was, as it took him two days to sell my mum’s property for exactly what she wanted. No hassles, no games, just results. It was a privilege to have the Kingfisher sign out the front of our beloved home; we knew we were in good hands.

Communication 👍
Often the issue with home sales is a lack of communication and honest feedback. One of Conal's strengths is communication throughout what can be a stressful process for all parties. Knowing and understanding what is happening was invaluable.
