So enthusiastic, very knowledgeable of his entire area, discreet and careful with contracts, one could not ask for more from one's agent. My sale was managed with minimal external advertisement and internal intrusion, so that I never felt I was living in a goldfish bowl during the entire sale period. Promotion was managed with discretion showing prospective purachasers the salient points of the property with excellent photography for online viewing, yet only a discreet sign out front. At my request the sale was managed with no open inspections. Inspections were individual and done with Conal alongside and after agreement with me on when they would take place. Feedback was provided all the way after each inspection I was given the salient responses of interested parties and their plans for the property. Feedbaack was also provided on market trends and specific information on what was going on in my area. One could not ask for more. The contract signing was just the culmination of a very happy experience, with the ringing of the bell as a humourous and joyful completion of our activity together.
