Conal is a hard worker. He will be out there holding open days when others are sitting back. Perhaps a little too optimistic about prospects sometimes but that's probably not a bad thing - better than agents talking down your property for a quick sale. The Qld selling system doesn't allow the best transparency on negotiation, however I can judge from results that he is a very good negotiator to have on your side
