We were extremely impressed with Conal and his Kingfisher team. They were efficient, positive, delightful, and 'on the case' during the short time our home at 6 Crozet Court Burleigh Waters was on the market. It was sold within days. HOWEVER, when settlement came, Conal charged us/deducted from the purchaser's deposit- for Marketing expenses which he had negotiated at the time of signing up with Kingfisher, that he would not apply . I have tried to contact him regarding this discrepancy, but am getting NO RESPONSE!
