Sold in six days. What a team!
From the start Conal and his team put 100% effort into marketing and selling our Burleigh Heads duplex. Everything, including photography, advertising, feedback, and selling price more than met our expectations. We have never experienced such a hassle--free property sale, thanks to the Kingfisher Realty teamwork. We would not hesitate in listing further properties with Conal and would certainly recommend his professionalism to anyone.

Dissappointed customer
With the prices that were occurring in Burleigh Heads at the time I feel that Conal priced the house too low and he could have easily placed another 50, 000 on it. I was disappointed about the way the estate agency handled the negotiations, saying that I had to sign Sunday night or there wouldn't be any deal. Ray White show the seller some offers on a sheet of paper and negotiate between seller and buyer which is more honest. When I spoke to the buyer after they moved in the buyer had never placed that stipulation that I had to sign the contract in one night of receiving it. Even though Julianne came to chat to me the next day I felt that the agency/estate agent had made an incorrect decision on how much the house was worth, rather than pressuring the seller into selling the home asap was more the goal. Would not recommend this agency to anyone in Burleigh I feel they are too greedy for the quick sale and couldn't give a toss about the person that they are working for - the seller. Sorry Conal for giving you this criticism but I just ignored the first email thinking it would be better to say nothing, but you have sent it again and so I wrote something. I hope you will be able to improve on some of these aspects in the future. Kind regards Kim Cassidy

I chose Conal to sell my home because I believe he is the best agent in Burleigh. He was the agent we bought the house off 7 years prior and I was impressed by his work ethic and specialised knowledge of the Burleigh area. He is honest and will say it how it is, whether you're a buyer or a seller. I would definitely buy from and sell with Conal in the future as a trustworthy agent.
