Excellent Agent!

We were uncertain how readily Dad's property would sell given the smallish block and dated house. We had planned an auction campaign, which was unceremoniously cut short by a great offer elicited by Matt after our first open inspection! Prior to accepting he chased all parties who had attended giving them all the chance to make an offer too. With none others forthcoming, the buyer was signed up, waiving his cooling off rights within 2 days, including the weekend. Matt and the team at Klemich proved themselves a well oiled engine , with great communication all the way through.

Highly professional agent
Matt at the start of the process delivered a clear outline of the sale and auction process without any false expectations of price. If anything, he was conservative about the state of the market and what we might achieve in terms of a sale. At the conclusion of each open, he communicated the number of attendees and interested parties. After one very immediate and very good offer, he offered professional counsel and let me make the decision to accept or not. Matt was always happy to take a call whoever there was a query. The day of the auction demonstrated his professional skills well (his team too were great in the process). The auction started slowly and needed his professional encouragement even to get to an "acceptable" price range. His skill was demonstrated by his ability to work the attendees and the specific interested bidders to finalise the auction and leave all parties, buyers and sellers happy with an outcome. A job well done at all levels by Matt and his team. Matt's professionalism and competence was outstanding.
