It was a pleasure dealing with Matt Smith and Lachlan from Klemich Real Estate. For the entire campaign I found it stress free dealing with Matt. He understood we were finishing last minute touches to the new extention and never placed any more unnecessary stress on us to have everything perfect while still living in the property and holding the open inspections. I found Matt Smith to have integrity and he never placed any pressure on us to accept any offer that was not agreeable to all of us. He just kept on doing weekly home inspections until we were happy with the right offer. He is a good negotiator and at all times he looked out for our best interests. Also I liked the way that he remembered to blow out all my scented candles in all the rooms after the Opens. Nice guy!
