I couldn't have hoped for a better agent!
Words cannot possibly explain just how well Matt Smith managed the sale of my property. He was extremely knowledgeable, very personable and friendly, kept me informed of progress and developments along the way, and did a great job of negotiating a few challenges along the way to achieve my desired sale price. Couldnt have been better.
From my first contact with Matt it was clear that he was experienced, calm, thoughtful, reasonable, balanced and able to assess the requirements around the sale and the potential buyers. I am very grateful for the way he handled everything and which resulted in a very good outcome. The help offered for interior styling and photography I doubt could have been better.
