I both bought and sold my property with Jo in 2017 and 2024 respectively and I must say she made the entire process an absolute breeze! Jo was responsive, helpful to me as a first timer, knew the area extremely well and was always going above and beyond to get the job done! One time she even came out to my property on a Sunday just to try and help me fix a broken door lock, what a legend and she’s always got time for her clients. Jo kept us incredibly well informed through the process of selling our investment asset and was always positive that we would achieve a good outcome. When we received an offer, Jo was professional and enthusiastic in her approach and her advice to us on the level of the offer was well informed. She was able to have the prospective purchaser come up to a figure we are very pleased with. Her confident, bubbly personality and easy-going nature were reassuring from day 1 and I'm sure the Purchaser found her easy to deal with, as the deal was done smoothly.
