I both bought and sold my property with Jo in 2017 and 2024 respectively and I must say she made the entire process an absolute breeze! Jo was responsive, helpful to me as a first timer, knew the area extremely well and was always going above and beyond to get the job done! Jo heard our story, painted the picture and achieved results that all parties were overjoyed with. One time she even came out to my property on a Sunday just to try and help me fix a broken door lock, what a legend and she’s always got time for her clients. Would 100% recommend and really hope we can work together again in the near future. Thanks again for everything Jo!

We listed our property in Somerville with L Cooper and were lucky enough to have Jo represent us in this somewhat challenging market. Jo kept us incredibly well informed through the process of selling our investment asset and was always positive that we would achieve a good outcome. When we received an offer, Jo was professional and enthusiastic in her approach and her advice to us on the level of the offer was well informed. She was able to have the prospective purchaser come up to a figure we are very pleased with. Her confident, bubbly personality and easy-going nature were reassuring from day 1 and I'm sure the Purchaser found her easy to deal with, as the deal was done smoothly. Can't recommend Jo highly enough - as well as the rest of the L Cooper team. We don't have another to sell at this stage, but if we did, we'd go straight to Jo!
