There are not enough superlatives to adequately describe our experience of selling our house with Jo Nathan. She recognised the strengths of our home from a buyers perspective and helped us emphasise these points. She quoted a price range for our home that was what we had expected and what we achieved. The house sold four days after the first Open House. Jo negotiated the price up from the first offer to a price we were happy to accept and with the settlement date we needed. Her communication throughout the process was excellent, we knew what was going to happen and when at every stage. I am so glad we asked Jo to sell our home.
