We knew that we were going to have Jo be our agent from the first few minutes we met. The genuine interest in our home and her love of historical properties and local knowledge was clear at our first meeting. Jo and Phil appraised our home and gave us an appraisal that was exactly to the dollar of what we thought it was worth and we sold at that exact dollar. Their fees and advertising were clear and fair compared to the market average. It was a refreshing experience to chat with your agent without feeling like you're being read a story book you've heard over and over. She genuinely shows real interest and clearly expresses it to potential purchasers. Being real sells and Jo's a great agent you want to sell your home or will end up wishing you had if you go elsewhere.

We met Jo through viewing a couple of other homes that we were interested in. We told her we had to sell our house before we could buy and she understood completely and never harassed us on the phone or with emails. The one thing I can't stand is viewing a house and getting a text or phone call 5 mins after the viewing. A few weeks later she showed us the most beautiful home in Somerville, her knowledge of the property & the area in general was very helpful when it came to our decision - we're moving in, in July! We would highly recommend Jo as a great Real Estate Agent.

I have had the privilege of dealing with Jo and the team at L Coopers Real Estate for the last 9 years. They sold the first unit I leased in Somerville back in 2016, and helped me secure another in time so I didn't have to leave the area. This was to happen another 4 times, and every time, they were there to help. Whenever Ive ran into Jo and Jackie on the street, they are always genuinely friendly and happy to have a chat. When Ebony and I were in the position to start looking for our first home, we went to an open house that Jo was showing. She immediately lit up and asked if we were looking to buy, and told us that if we liked what we saw to make an offer, and if we weren't successful she had the perfect place in mind for us and our children.
