Kept me up to date. Knew the market. Dealt with on site managers of my unit professionally, given the fact it was an ongoing rental being sold, and I am based interstate. Not her fault the market softened just as we listed it, but she said it would sell within a few weeks of listing privately after an auction. It did so sell at the expected price. Happy from the time of signing the Agency Agreement until the proceeds of sale landed in my account.
