I needed a lot of hand holding and reassurance while I was going through the process of selling my house at 7 Woodlark Rise Sunrise Beach. Having lived at that property for 17 years I was not keen on the whole idea of moving however the time had come to find a smaller, one level abode which would be easier for me to manage. Anita gave me time to sort out my things and my worries but she was there with the right people at the right time. She also did a great job finding me a buyer within a very short time frame so that I could simultaneously buy my next property. She is extremely hard working and I recommend her highly.

We are downsizing, and fortunately for us Melanie listened to our needs and found us a little house that would meet those needs. Though initially we did not find the property very well maintained, we could see it had potential. Melanie was fully aware of our requirements ie - flat block, no stairs, and location near to Noosa Junction. So, with some renovations and landscaping, our home will be very comfortable.
