I have to say my experience in purchasing a property and dealing Melanie was an absolute pleasure. Melanie has great local knowledge of market values even in this time when they are constantly changing and is very honest and down to earth in her approach which makes you feel at ease. She also has the right balance in always protecting the sellers interests as is required but explaining all the right attributes of the property including similar ones that have sold so as a purchaser you are well informed without feeling pressured. This then makes the whole decision process much easier. I would recommend Melanie to anyone wishing to either list and sell their property or in turn purchasing a property.

Melanie was recommended by the next door neighbours. She had just successfully sold their home. The sale process was an emotional roller coaster as we were selling my Mother’s home - her beloved castle of 21 years. Mum has dementia & needed to transition to be with family. She simply did not want to go! Anyone can sell a home - especially in a red hot market. Melanie was a guider, a healer, a listener (to the same stories over and over again) and a sure friend in troubled and emotional times. During this time she also had to sell Mum’s home. She continually went above and beyond in a calm, orderly, dignified and professional manner. Melanie deserves huge praise for the care and compassion she displayed. Her personal qualities and commitment were always far more evident than a typical agent chasing contract and commission. We would most certainly recommend Melanie and her team.
