Melanie was recommended by the next door neighbours. She had just successfully sold their home. The sale process was an emotional roller coaster as we were selling my Mother’s home - her beloved castle of 21 years. Mum has dementia & needed to transition to be with family. She simply did not want to go! Anyone can sell a home - especially in a red hot market. Melanie was a guider, a healer, a listener (to the same stories over and over again) and a sure friend in troubled and emotional times. During this time she also had to sell Mum’s home. She continually went above and beyond in a calm, orderly, dignified and professional manner. Melanie deserves huge praise for the care and compassion she displayed. Her personal qualities and commitment were always far more evident than a typical agent chasing contract and commission. We would most certainly recommend Melanie and her team.
