Melanie was friendly but not sales pitch friendly, just the right professional approach. She is efficient, knows her product and the market. She was available to answer questions at any time. Given that I was in Sydney and selling a property in Noosaville it could have been fraught with problems, but Melanie made it hassle free. Melanie had all the right contacts, organized everything including legal assistance. I would certainly recommend Melanie and would use her myself again.
