My property had been on the market for 78 days with a different agency! Other than clean the outside of the property nothing else was required to sell they told me! I cancelled the contract as l felt the agency wasn’t working 100% for the seller and they didn’t match our expectations! From the start Roger guided us with advice on what needed to be done, the presentation, expected paper work and legal requirements. The advertising was excellent, ie the photos and description. Roger was dedicated to the sale and opened every weekend even though he had to travel quite a distance. Every week we had written and verbal feedback of interest in the property. We were very pleased with the end result thanks to Roger. We highly recommend him and the laguna team.
