From my very first contact with Chris I felt at ease and confident that everything would run smoothly which did indeed turn out to be the case. I have sold a few properties but Chris would have to be the stand out agent. He was very thorough, knowledgeable and kept me abreast of all the developments during the sales process. Most importantly he stopped me from making a huge error with the sale of our property through his market knowledge and experience as an agent and as a result we made a few renovations to the house which substantially improved the appearance and as a result we received a much higher price for our property.
