From our first contact with Anita, we immediately felt connected to the property. As first home buyers, trying to get into the market has been tough, with a lot of let downs, uncomfortability and uncertainty. We’ve been told that when you find the right home it will just feel right, and when we walked through the door with Anita, that was definitely the case. Anita was warm, transparent, and encouraging. It didn’t feel like an up hill battle (which was the case on previous offers) it felt like we were all a team, working together to make this home purchase a reality. Anita was always available for a chat, to guide us through the home buying process and to make sure we put ourselves in the best stead to secure the property. She is kind, understanding and encouraging, and best of all, it felt like she was as excited as we were to see us get the property! Chris Forde did an excellent job managing an unexpectedly challenging sale through to settlement. The buyers' building inspection identified termite damage and as sellers we had to engage a builder to remediate which delayed settlement for several months. Chris Forde played an important role keeping the buyer's agent, the buyers and us as clients comfortable with the delay and ensured a happy ending was achieved for all.
