Jordan was a pleasure to deal with for my rental. He was positive and always happy to help. He followed up any items with the property and ensured to give me information about my new place. He helped to take the stress out of moving and I appreciate his personal approach.

Lisa and the team at Laing and Simmons Miranda were very helpful. They found a great place for our family. We inspected the house, and six days later we had the keys and moved in. We love it. Thank you very much Lisa

My wife and I were looking for a new home to rent in Sydney after few years in Canberra. After a disappointing few weeks and a lot of agents who were not really interested in us, or helping us or making it easy, we came across Jordan and Lisa from Laing and Simmons in Miranda. We are so happy that we did. They presented the property, they followed up, they kept in touch, they assisted through the application process and close a deal that we are happy with. We are delighted with the attention and the result. We highly recommend them. As land lords ourselves, we would choose them, as they are professional and friendly. Well done guys.

Having owned my investment property for more than 10 years, I had a different local Agency looking after my property. I was unhappy with the service, communication and the poor handling of my asset. I reached out to Michelle from Laing and Simmons Miranda and it was probably the best decision I made for my Property. Michelle took extra care of my needs and objectives with the property and helped me renovate the whole place and when it was all ready, got a tenant in there within the week. Lisa now looks after my property and is great to deal with and superb with communication. Great Team and awesome work !! Keep it up !!!

Navigating through the rental property market and managing the property as a landlord for the first time can be quite stressful. Lisa and Michelle have been very supportive and helpful throughout the whole process. They are very experienced and provided me with the necessary information along the way. I appreciated their honest and responsible opinions. With the ups and downs during the pandemic, they also put in a lot of effort ensuring both the tenants and landlords are well informed of the changes and well looked after. I would highly recommend them to others if they are looking into someone to help manage their property or seek rental accommodations in the area.
