Fantastic agent
Daniel was there from start to the end keeping the best interests of both the vendor and the purchaser in mind which is a very difficult balancing act in which he seems to have excelled. The communication was at a highly personalized level rarely expected from service providers and Daniel made one feel absolutely comfortable by showing professionalism and integrity. I strongly recommend Daniel without any reservations!

Very helpful, very considerate and pleasant to deal with
We purchased our home through Daniel. He followed us up after the house was passed in at auction (given that we had inspected property earlier) . Until that point I have not given the house another thought since the inspection. He suggested that we have another private viewing, which we did and started to think that the place could work for us. Negotiations proceeded and we signed the contract. Daniel was informative, patient and seemed to be genuinely interested making sure that the sales process worked for all parties. I think Daniel would a great agent to list with. Cheers Paul and Ann
