What an excellent experience it has been to deal with Daniel, and how, at every step, he communicated next steps, key information, updates, and strategy. As this is was my first ever sale, I was naturally a novice who needed a great deal of assistance, which made Daniel's efficient and knowledgeable 'hand holding' even more valuable. The words 'Above and Beyond' come to mind with Daniel, who not only communicated with my tenants, my property manager, my conveyancing lawyer, and myself, but also, the cleaner, the gardener, the photographers (he even did some of his own styling of my unit), the purchaser, the purchaser's bank valuer, even the purchaser's lawyer! A very successful outcome was achieved, with my unit selling after a very focused and strategic 2 week campaign, at the sale price I was hoping to achieve. I cannot recommend Mr Nero highly enough.
