Great Agent
It was a long journey working with Daniel. We sold our place and need find a new family home. It was hectic process for us. Impressive Agent
My husband and myself had met Daniel Nero three years previously when we made an offer on a property he had for sale and unfortunately missed out. Daniel and his team deliver.
Daniel recently sold my property in Brookvale . Daniel was the one who originally sold it to me 2.5 years ago , So when the thought entered my mind to sell my property Daniel was the first person I called . From day 1 I knew what I was getting when it came down to him , He is straight down the line he didn’t over promise and he let me know his honest thoughts . Great service and result
It was fantastic having Daniel as our agent, he was great to deal with and made the whole process very smooth and easy. Personable and with Integrity
Daniel provides both professionalism and integrity very well. Many agents gain a bad reputation because we can see them t'rying to sell'. I was looking but I didn't see this in Daniel. I recognising his integrity. I knew what I was looking for because my father was an 'old school' rural property agent and brought buyer and seller together if he thought the property was what the buyer wanted. I could see this in Daniel. In addition to this, I came to realise that Daniel knows the market. There is a limited market for the type of property I was looking for so it's more difficult to judge what a property is worth. I'm happy with the price range Daniel assigned and the price I paid.
