I was very happy with Danny. He had a good market knowledge and was always available and courteous. Of most importance to me was that he always communicated with me immediately after open house inspections. The property was also marketed with professional photographs and placed on the internet a couple of days after listing the property. Very very happy.

He was helpful in preparing the property for inspection, both in terms of recommending what was necessary and actioning it promptly. We were well informed throughout the inspection process, particularly after each open day when he called with a detailed report. Furthermore, the second and third viewings were highlighted and buyer demographics provided when a price indication or offer was made. Danny was always personally involved, contactable when we needed him and nothing was too much trouble.
