I enjoyed working on the sale of my house with Steven. I always followed his advice and am glad that I did. He was punctilious in following up all leads and gave me an honest assessment of the sale prospects. In fact, it sold for a little more than he expected. Steven was highly recommended to me by a friend and I can only say that he merits such praise. He is also a nice guy. There is nothing I can fault him for, except that he is not so keen on trees. His market knowledge is excellent. Also, full marks for communication. It helps too, that his offsider, Chan, is wonderful.
