My parents have previously bought and sold properties through Steven and were very satisfied with his services. Therefore, I had no hesitation with contacting Steven when I wanted to sell my property. Steven is highly experienced and has a deep knowledge of the real estate market in Sydney, particularly the Eastern suburbs. He is honest, personable and has a calming presence which is much appreciated given the level of emotions that come with selling (or buying) a property. Moreover, Steven is efficient, goal orientated and an exceptional communicator – all these qualities help make the selling process a smooth and pleasant experience. Given the nature of real estate, I am also grateful that he is an excellent problem solver who can deal with unexpected change with ease and grace. Ultimately, he achieved a sale result above my expectations. I give Steven my highest recommendation.

Dear Sally Hampshire, thank you for your wonderful service in selling our unit in Vaucluse. Your professionalism was excellent and your knowledge of the real estate situation in this area provided us with a realistic reserve price. The well organised auction produced a tremendous result that was well above the reserve price. And your fees were very competitive. I would have no hesitation in recommending you and your real estate team to others.

Maggie and Steven were very professional in handling the sale process. Before marketing they spent a lot of time to do the preparation based on the special characters of the house. During introducing buyers Maggie always came earlier to make sure everything was OK and kept us updated with the feedbacks. Finally this real estate team has given us a deep impression how skillfully to finalise the deal to make a friendly and happy ending. We will not hesitate to recommend them to any other vendors in the future.

Steven was always courteous and cheerful and gave us confidence in all aspects of our sale. From the outset, he communicated calmly and clearly and made what is generally a stressful time in the sale of one's home, a smooth journey into the next stage of our lives.

Sally did a fantastic job. From Day 1 she was responsive, did what she said she would do and then helped all the way through arranging painting, furniture even a fridge anything needed. This alone would lead me to say what a great job she did and how easy it was. Then on the day the property went for $1M above our expectations in the environment of rising rates. Unbelievable! I wouldn't use any other agent in this area

Dear Sally, I have not been to an auction for several years but last night's auction would have to be one of your most memorable ones, particularly in the present environment. Really the sale was a culmination of many things that you set in motion and with a little bit of luck, resulted in a tremendous outcome for the client. Initially after being appointed by Michael to conduct the sale of his Aunt's unit, you met with him at the unit, made certain suggestions as to how to improve the property to present it in the best possible way, and Michael accepting your professional advice. You organised the carrying out of such work and once the property was ready to be placed on the market, oversaw the inspections and reported to Michael the feedback from the prospective purchasers so he was fully aware of the going ons at all times. You liaised with the prospective buyers and with a little bit of luck achieved an extraordinary outcome for the client. No doubt other owners in the block will start talking non-stop about the sale. It will probably lead to other owners in the block seeking your counsel in an effort to replicate such a sale price for themselves. Michael even before last night had many times thanked me for recommending you to him and stating that you exceeded your expectations in the way you conducted the sale, particularly in keeping him informed and he is gobsmacked with the sale price. Well done
