Experienced agent who knows what he's talking about
From Day 1 Ming was already very informed about the market, and specifically the area where my property was located. He advised me of properties that have recently sold in the area to give me an idea of the value of my own property, and gave me a very realistic goal to set as the asking price of my property. From the initial conversation to the final sale agreement, Ming has remained in constant contact with me, whether that be via email, phone calls or sms, and kept me up to date with everything that was going on. He is very accessible and very approachable, and answered all of my questions. Ming's approach from the beginning was very professional, but also very friendly. He explained that the best way to go forward is through a trusting partnership between the vendor and the agent. Once I gave him my full trust, Ming was able to put our plan into action and he got results very quickly. Laing and Simmons have a very nice presentation of the sale booklet online for the vendor's convenience, which summarises all the important info such as the amount of interest in the property and any offers currently pending. The floorplan and marketing was done nicely as well. Overall, very pleased with Ming and his team. Highly recommended.

Fantastic Result, Highly Recommended!

Ray was the agent we chose to sell our property in Berala which was auctioned on Saturday 8 August.
We were very pleased with the campaign Ray proposed and pleased with the result. Ray was very quick to respond to any questions providing knowledgeable information which drew upon from his many years in real estate. Ray Achieved an Excellent Result During Covid19

I wish Ming Zhang could be my only sales agent
Ming Zhang worked far harder than I expected to secure a profitable sale of a one-bedroom apartment in an oversupplied market. Ming gave me constant updates on what was happening over the course of the selling period, and encouraged me not to jump at the first offer when initially the response from the market was very quiet. His patience and tenacity eventually helped me secure a quicker than expected sale. I've worked with other sales agents who were not completely honest about their pricing strategies and negotiation methods, so that even after the sale I was left feeling mildly disappointed by the experience. But Ming on the other hand was completely transparent about his strategies and his reasoning. I only wish he could be my sales agent for every other property I would sell in the future too.
