Highly professional
It was Ray’s very measured and professional approach during our initial meeting that was the deciding factor in choosing an agent to assist my sisters and me to sell our family home. They say first impressions count and from day one I just felt that Ray would be sensitive to our emotions while delivering sound, sensible and practical advice. We were so impressed with his attention to detail in showcasing our home and his communication throughout the marketing campaign. He never faulted in returning phone calls and addressing any concerns that we had. I am thrilled to have been associated with Ray throughout this process. No regret!
Being so excited. Just purchased a nice family home from Ray, love the sales team. We were running real late for the open inspection, but Lara showed her absolute patience and profession to us. Has been a real annoyance to Ray by keep texting him over the weekend, however he has been so kind, responsive and prompt. He has been the best bridge between us and the vendor, we found our dream home and the vendor found a good buyer. We strongly recommend this team!

Superb Real Estate Agent
Ray knows the market really well and has lots of contacts in the area. He's also very friendly, approachable, and honest. From the start I knew he was the agent to go with. Other agents are "salesmen", Ray on the other hand sells houses!
