I met Ming when he was showing a potential buyer another unit in my apartment block. We started talking and after he had finished he then came and spoke to me. We had a good discussion about what I wanted to get for my unit, the current market,the circumstances for my sale and his fees. Ming did not make any grand claims about possible prices and was very straight forward with me about the current climate, giving me a realistic price range and a potential maximum, along with the time frames we could expect to sell in. As a result I signed up with Ming and we sold the Unit for a price about middle of the range suggested after about 25 days on the market. (possibly less) Note that I had bridging finance and was pragmatic about my selling price. I am sure I could have received more if I had decided to hold out longer. At all times Ming was professional and courteous. He always contacted me to arrange inspections at suitable times and similarly with open homes. Straight after any inspections or open homes Ming would call me with an update of how things went. He was available via Phone and SMS pretty much 24/7. I highly recommend retaining Ming as your agent if you wish to sell your property.
