After initially having a discussion with Gary as to the factors that would affect the sale of our home we contracted for the sale of the house. We were given considerable advice which enabled us to maximise the return from the property. This included an agency visit that resulted in the property being "open" at 24 hours notice. The property sold following this inspection and at all times we were kept "in the picture" by Gary and the Agency. We were more than happy with the service that we received and the result achieved. My wife and i first met Garry 4 years ago when after I suffered a heart attack we decided we should move to a smaller home in nearby areas.
