Recent death in the family forced the sale of beloved home of many years to downsize and pay off debts. The employment of an agent with local area and market knowledge was essential, addeed to that as a family member assigned to manage the process and living interstate the requirement for communication was parramount. Mark certainly has the local knowlege and could identify the homes original building providers and plan style etc. and thus also knows of other sales and competition in the area. Communication was excelent often requiring multiple return calls and emails and local contact with residents. Process was explained and actioned at every step. Excelent results highly recommended.
