My experience with Laing and Simmons at Mt druitt was amazing. The leasing agent Sharnah was kind, pleasant and did everything to assist me to obtain the property. Including setting up their app they use. The office staff were also helpful and was treated with respect. Sharnah ensured any concerns I raised were fixed promptly. I would definitely recommend this real estate agency. After dealing with a horrible agency in the past. This is a delightful experience and feel heard and they are very accommodating.

I was very impressed with the prompt response to my lease application, I lodged application on 20/11, application approved on 22/11, Maddy requested if we could move in on the 29/1 instead . we last applied for a rental property in 2002, so much has changed but Maddyson was very transparent and helpful with my million questions especially paying holding deposit and bond via app. I am very happy and I am glad to be renting through Laing & Simmons. Very professional, efficient and helpful

As my heading indicates, l was Overseas while the transactions were done, my son Ryan van Gennip did most of the communications, but everything went smoothly and l believe Laing and Simmons were very easy to deal with. I has some communication with Riahana, which l found extremely competent and very easy to talk with, she handled my enquiry promptly and professionally, l wouldn't hesitate to recommend to anyone this Real Estate Organisation, l found they are very competent and easy to deal with. Oh l do have one complaint, when l rang to speak to Riahana about a Lease Agreement which l needed for Bank Purposes, a lady answered from Laing and Simmons in Victoria, l told her my enquiry and she said she would pass it on to the Mt Druitt branch, but l believe they didn't get the message.

As a person who is a senior citizen who has rented for many years all over Sydney, I was most impressed with the professionalism, knowledge and above all the kind and respectful way I was treated by all I came in contact with at Laing and Simmons Mount Druitt. Nothing seemed to be a problem for any of the staff as I tried to get my head around today’s technology, with apps for this and that.
