I first reached out to Ali because I was curious about selling and I was unsure about the process, at the time even the slightest inconvenience would have put me off, however Ali answered every question I had which made me feel comfortable and confident in selling my property. He was genuine all throughout the process and not only to me, to all parties involved he worked great with the tenants helping them find and secure another place to move into, he worked great with the new buyers to get a deal with not only they were happy with but also me. His insight based on his experience helped create a smooth transition from placing the house on the market to getting sold in such a short amount of time. I couldn't thank Ali enough for all his work and appreciate everything he has done up until this point.

Basel and his team showed me various brand-new properties. Their expertise, patience, and dedication made all the difference in finding my first home. It was all quickly done with paperwork, and I got my property on time. Basel and his team have exceptional knowledge of the market. He and his team are very prompt in communication, and they collaborate well. Basels colleague kevin even guided me over providing details of conveyancer as well. After moving in the property, he also assisted me with organising a person for washing machine tap as the screw was tightly locked. Basel and his team have a proactive approach. We purchased the Unit, 11/30 Hythe street, Mount Druitt, NSW in 2017. The consultant was Basel Nahas and the staff of LSM, Mt Druitt. Mainly the Property Management staff of the Company were helpful , managed the property with professionalism for about seven years. We decided to sell the property in 2024. We approached Basel again because of his market knowledge, communication, and professionalism. He was successful in finding a buyer for us. He and his staff did an excellent job.
