We were selling our rental property in a difficult circumstance of new tenants with a long lease, while trying to appeal to home occupy potential clients. Michael's advertising, sales, service to parties, including our tenants were outstanding. He did the impossible that other agents couldnt promise. He got a buyer quickly at the value we were wanting, he provided fantastic support to the tenant and got them out of the house well before the lease expired, we managed to settle within reasonable frames and his communication to everyone involved throughout the process was outstanding.
