A Pleasure to Deal With
From start to finish Michael was not pushy but instilled a confidence that made the process easy for a first timer. His house valuation approximation was spot on - selling slightly over the top estimate. The house sold 2 days after our first open house. I recommend Michael to anyone who is looking to buy or sell

Excellent Communication
My wife & I can not recommend Michael highly enough, Michael is a Professional & a Gentleman. He is impeccably presented, highly experienced, which shows up in his dealings with purchasers, he gives unbiased opinions which helps when making difficult decisions on when to accept an offer. But what we like most about Michael was the level of communication! Michael would call after every open house to confirm how the day went & numbers of leads, he would also follow up on the leads & confirm their status on a regular basis.
