Chris wasn't just selling our property, he was a friend there to help the process to go forward as calm, clean, prompt, flexible, wise as possible. All phases, from initial consultations, to preparing the property and advertising and arranging everthing with the buyer, were done quickly and wisely. The property got sold after fisrt open home. Chris and Emily complimented each other so well, both their opinions were voiced respectfully so you knew you had a team working for you. Both were always courteous and professional and proved to care for us as clients. At the beginning of the process when we were entertaining the idea of putting the home on the market, Emily was helpful and down to earth in advising what we could do to bring the property to sale. We waited a year before returning to Emily and she had enquired once or twice during that 12 months about our plans but never once badgered or cajoled us to sign up. When we were ready, Chris and Emily were complimentary of what we had done and succinctly explained the process to us. Come the auction, Emily and Chris again complimented each other. Emily’s enthusiasm and Chris’ commonsense calmed our fears. We are very happy with the outcome and certain Emily and Chris were the best agents for us.
