I found Chris Khoudair to be very straightforward and provided me with a sales and marketing campaign booklet after one phone call. It covered all facets of the sale procedures and included a very competitive rate of commission. I found this to be highly professional. My father had a tricky sale with an "unusual" house and potentially a more limited market than the usual house-seller would have to work with. Chris assured us that he would treat the sale the same as if he was selling his own Grandfather's house, and I have to say, he delivered. Chris was personable, friendly, understanding and actually listened to our requests and guided us rather than told us what we should do. The sale was prompt and the price we received for our property was a good one. It's not just Chris - Emily, Corie-Lea and the whole team and LSPH were fantastic. The whole prospect was pretty daunting to take on, but the process was smooth and easy with Chris' help. I can't recommend him enough - fantastic guy, honest and operates with integrity.
