Dimitri was excellent in representing us in selling our house. Dimitri is very knowledgeable of the local market and assisted us to navigate difficult market conditions experienced in the past few months. Dimitri kept us informed of the market developments and prospect buyers which in the end delivered a reasonable outcome in the current difficult market conditions. I really appreciate Dimitri's willingness to go the 'extra mile' with the ad-hoc open houses and conversations outside normal business hours

The sale of our property has been one of the most stressful times of our lives. We used another agent for the first 6 months and was very disappointed with the outcome. During that time John stayed in touch and when we decided to use John's services during the large property market downturn, his strategies, communication, capabilities, network support and approachability was first class. At no stage did he blame the market, the price or any "hind site" activity. He made us feel comfortable despite the stress and was always coming up with new ideas to find the right buyer for us. He is thoroughly professional, a great communicator and a genuine nice guy. My wife and I would highly recommend him to any property seller.
