I found Bobbi to be very professional easy going and honest. Unlike some agents who inflated the value of my property to obtain the listing, Bobbi proved his integrity by providing a more realistic price range. Bobbi during the selling campaign kept me well informed and updated me along the way, i could not ask for anything more during the process.

John & Robert from L&S Carrs Park were very proficient in their approach to selling our property. From initial marketing to communication we were impressed with their endeavour to sell our property at the highest possible price. We were kept informed ( by phone and or one on one meetings ) after each open day sessions. Would highly recommend them to any prospective buyer or seller in the housing market.

Fantastic sales result = fantastic agent. Above reserve! We engaged John and his colleague Rob for the sale of our unit after interviewing 2 other local agents. Our decision was based on their professionalism and knowledge of the area and the market at the time. Over the campaign period we received face to face and phone updates from John and Rob at least 3 times a week. We were kept across all enquiries and we're briefed on both positive and negative feedback from potential buyers following inspections. They were transparent on all matters. The whole agency demonstrated excellent customer service. We would highly recommend John, Rob and the team

It gives me great pleasure to write this testimony to Greg Tsaprazis at Laing and Simmons Carrs Park Real Estate Agency. From our first meeting to discuss the sale of my Late Father's home, I felt at ease with him and knew I could trust him and signed the necessary paperwork that day. Greg made some suggestions to improve the home (60 years old) which I agreed with. The campaign was excellent and I was kept informed constantly by Greg. The home was sold at Auction exceeding my expectations. I would recommend Greg Tsaprazis to anyone wanting an excellent outcome for the sale of their property. Pam Cunningham Oyster Bay
