Fantastic experience
I'd recommend laing + simmons St marys to all family and friends they have helped my self and partner so much right before christmas we were told that we had to move out of our old property and liang + simmons got us in to a house right in time so we could elebrate Christmas with our little girl we couldn't be thankful enough Our lovely property manager Rosie is fantastic what ever we need she gets onto it straight away I would like to say a big thank you to liang + simmons

Wonderful service and outcome
Great team, it is my first investment property they helped through purchase and rent. Both sales( Aman) and Lease (Connor) were so helpful, patient organised and responsive. Also their property management team( Rosie) is very helpful, responsive and communicating all the way through. Briefly great team and great result highly recommended

Amazing Experience
Thank you to Rosie for such a quick and seamless transition with exiting the previous tenant, then advising, arranging inspections and the releasing of the unit to a new tenant all within a week. This was a fantastic experience. I have always found Rosie to be very efficient and professional.
